Former Bachelor star Catherine Giudici has undergone a major weight loss transformation in recent months, shedding a whopping 25 pounds after gaining weight amid the pandemic. However, the TV personality hasn’t taken any drastic measures to achieve her weight loss—instead, she’s made a few small changes that have helped her achieve major results.

Giudici, who is on the NutriSystem Partner Plan with husband Sean Lowe, says that the plan has helped her address her cravings without going overboard.
“We’re still eating those fun things like pizza, pasta and burgers, but they’re perfectly portioned and made healthier,” Giudici explained in an interview with the Daily Mail.

The NutriSystem Partner Plan is a diet specifically designed with couples in mind—and both Giudici and Lowe are sticking to the plan to shed weight, with Lowe dropping 12 pounds thus far.
“Losing weight can be really frustrating sometimes, so having a buddy to keep you motivated can make a huge difference,” said Giudici.
In her interview with the Daily Mail, Giudici said she’s been working out a few times a week to stay in shape.
So, what’s her go-to exercise routine? In a 2017 Interview with D Magazine, Giudici revealed that she typically does a combination of cardio and weights twice a week at a local gym with her trainer.
“I do not like to work out, but afterward I’m always glad I do,” she told the magazine.
With three kids at home, Giudici has admitted that it’s not always easy to find time to prepare healthy food. However, she’s been able to stay on track by enjoying NutriSystem’s grab-and-go options.
“It’s super convenient, it’s really easy to do. Especially with all the kids we have, I really never have time to make myself a meal,” she said during an October 2020 interview with KTLA 5.
