The finale of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is fast approaching, and only the toughest celebrities will survive the ultra-tough course.

As a result of the harsh conditions, as well as the mentally and physically challenging tasks set by Ant Middleton, Jason Fox and their team seven celebrities have already left the show. This includes Saira Khan, who was forced to pull out after an ankle injury but has since denied taking legal action, and Vicky Pattison who simply had enough but is now embarrassed by her decision to quit.

Remaining in the competition are Singer Alexandra Burke, Love Island star Wes Nelson, Rower James Cracknell, Paralympian Aled Davis and Presenter Ore Oduba.

All five will be pushing themselves to the limit in order to make it to the SAS: Who Dares Wins hall of fame.

In the very first series aired in 2019, it was Wayne Bridge who was victorious when Ant and Jason declared him the winner.

Joining him on the final challenges were Jeff Brazier, Victoria Pendleton, Heather Fisher and AJ Odudu, who’s swapped camouflage attire for sequins on this year’s Strictly Come Dancing. We’re sure Craig Revel Horwood is much less scary when you compare him to Ant!

While Jeremy Irvine and Ben Foden came close to the end, but decided to voluntarily withdraw.

The following year, Lauren Steadman and Locksmith were jointly crowned the winners of the show, which is filmed in the Scottish Hebrides.

Joey Essex decided to quit during the final challenges, while Nikki Sanderon, Helen Skelton and Tony Bellew were all eliminated by the SAS team.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, some celebrities have decided to call it quits early on in the experience.

On the first series Louise Mensch decided to walk away in the very first episode, while Katie Price, Andrea McLean and Jack Maynard threw in the towel early the following year.

We can’t blame them – we need a lie down after just watching them wrestle in mud, jump from planes and run up mountains.
