The 2021 Ford Bronco 2-Door and/or 4-Door SUV isn’t even in the hands of customers yet, though it was supposed to be. Various COVID-related supply chain issues have held the launch of the most anticipated vehicle America has seen in years (arguably even more than the C8 Corvette) at the starting line, but Ford has decided to damn the torpedos, and just get on with it already, sticking to a June 2021 timeline. This is even when many Bronco 2-Door hardtops won’t be immediately available. Delayed production has also caused a ripple effect through the Bronco’s pond, as many aftermarket manufacturers and upfitters can’t move forward with their plans until they actually have any production Broncos to modify. Nevertheless, Maxlider Motors continues to tease what it has planned, with the latest of which being a 2022 Ford Bronco 6×6 SUV that’s expected to roll out next year.
There are few details at this point, but here’s what we’ve got:
The price of the 2022 Ford Bronco 6×6 will start at $399,000 USD, according to Maxlider Motors, which is 10-times the MSRP of a 2021 Bronco Black Diamond 4-Door SUV. And as mentioned, the time table is 2022.
Aside from the photo renderings… that’s all Maxlider is announcing so far.
Before the 2022 Ford Bronco 6×6 was announced more approachable 2021 Ford Bronco upgrade packages that will start at $10,000 after a $500 deposit. The base upgrade package will come with a four-inch BDS Suspension lift kit with Fox Racing coil-over shocks with external reservoirs, 35-inch BFG KO2 tires with a matching spare, and unique fender flares. Upgraded packages will feature things like a cold-air intake to go with the lift kit, a performance exhaust kit, roof rack, side-steps, and more.
The 2022 Ford Bronco 6×6, as well as the rest of the Bronco lineup, will join the company’s lineup of new Ford F-150, and Ford Ranger upgrades. Maxlider Motors also builds a 4-Door vintage Ford Bronco, which was never offered from the factory.
