The Pittsburgh Steelers are 7-6-1 and on the outside looking in when it comes to the AFC playoff picture. With the Chiefs, Browns and Ravens left on the schedule, it won’t be easy for Mike Tomlin’s squad to get back to the postseason. If the Steelers do get there, the play of T.J. Watt will be a big reason why. Watt has been a menace all year on D, recording a franchise-record 17.5 sacks with three games still left to play. There’s still a chance Watt breaks the single-season sack record, and if he does, he might as well go ahead and find a spot on his mantel for the 2021 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. The NFL officially started recording sack totals during the 1982 season, and since then a player has totaled 18 or more sacks in a season on 31 occasions, with Watt looking very likely to become No. 32 this season. So with that in mind, how many of the 31 can you name in five minutes?
